Accessed by an illuminated private driveway, Torvale Lodge benefits from private use of the all-weather snug/deck area complete with six-person hot tub. The outdoor kitchen area comes complete with BBQ griddle along with a fridge for your drinks, bluetooth speakers and darts. This area is perfect no matter what the weather as the crackling log burner will make even the coldest evening cosy. There are also patio areas at the front and back of the lodge with seating areas. Torvale Pod has a cosy enclosed outside courtyard with its own covered BBQ area, a firepit for toasting marshmallows, hot tub and seating for stargazing nights with your loved ones. Whilst Torvale Cabin has a sunny deck, enclosed BBQ area and firepit, and a hot tub to enjoy all year round. The grounds are fully maintained by a grounds man and all communal living areas are cleaned twice a week and are all covered by cctv for security & safety.

The truly wonderful Pirates Cove Crazy Golf Course comes complete with clubs, balls and scorecards, is shared by all guests and really elevates our offering here at Torvale – guests (of all ages) absolutely love it! The grounds are fully maintained by a groundsman throughout the year, and all communal living areas are cleaned twice a week and are all covered by CCTV for security and safety.

Torvale Lodge boasts a six-person log-fired sauna with a cooling down room, mood lighting and a Bluetooth speaker. Saunas are a health-giving addition to this holiday home which will not only invigorate the senses and deeply relax you, but will also detox the body and make you feel amazing. We also have CCTV installed in the outside communal areas to ensure that you and your belongings can feel safe and secure, even when you’re out and about for the day.

We have a spacious purpose-built parking bay which has ample space for multiple vehicles – there’s even extra space for visitors coming to say hello for the day. The expansive driveway and parking area is also covered by CCTV for ultimate security and peace of mind. If you need an electric vehicle charging point there is one just a few hundred yards away at the village petrol station.

Our self catering holiday homes are fully-equipped with top of the range kitchens and designed to make your self-catering holiday as relaxing as possible. With spacious dining areas (both indoors and out), ample storage and all the little touches you’d expect from a luxury self-catering holiday home, you’ll be able to sink into holiday mode in no time. Torvale Lodge has two large range cookers, a microwave, two dishwashers and plenty of storage space across six larders and six fridge/freezers. Torvale Pod, Torvale Cabin and Torvale Shack each have a cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and all the essentials and accessories for a perfect self-catering holiday.

We have installed a new Zoll AED plus defibrillator, this is located between the entrance to Torvale Lodge and Chittleburn Business Park, PL8 2PH.
