    The open-plan living area is small yet perfectly formed. Enjoy lounging on the comfy sofa and flicking through a magazine whilst your other half gets busy making dinner. The breakfast bar configuration allows for easy, casual suppers whilst a romantic movie plays out on the 55” television. Whether it’s a full breakfast with all the trimmings or a romantic dinner for two, the well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a cinch. And there is a dishwasher of course - who wants to waste precious time washing up!?

    This unique cabin in Devon has a cosy bedroom which has been smartly furnished to a high standard. The bedroom has a double bed with crisp white linens and under-bed storage. The corner sofa in the lounge also pulls out into a sofa bed which is perfect for one.

    The en suite shower room is accessed through the bedroom of this cleverly designed cabin and has a power shower, a WC and a heated towel rail. There are also Bluetooth speakers so that you can croon along to your favourite tunes whilst lathering up in the shower.

    Outside Living

    Here at Torvale Luxury we do our best to make sure your time spent here on holiday is the best that it can be. The tidy, enclosed outside area of Torvale Cabin is dog-friendly and benefits from a hot tub with atmospheric lighting and Bluetooth speakers, as well as a cute dining area on the sunny decking. Imagine breakfast and the papers out on the porch or in the private rear BBQ area with wildbirds providing the soundtrack to your morning… utter bliss.

    You don’t want to have to do laundry when on holiday, but sometimes after a day exploring the local area, all those muddy/sandy clothes means that it is essential! Thankfully we have taken the devil out of the detail here at Torvale - you can look forward to a separate laundry room where you’ll find three washing machines and three tumble dryers (along with two clothes horses) to make those essential jobs that little bit easier.

    Kids (of all ages) will love the custom-built Pirates Cove Crazy Golf Course which comes complete with clubs, balls, scorecards, and big grins guaranteed! The golf course is shared with other guests staying at the other Torvale Luxury properties, but you can choose to play morning, noon and night because it is also fully illuminated (until 9.30pm), making a great photo opportunity to show your family and friends. Conquer obstacles, master those tricky shots and challenge your partner to a tournament lasting the whole week - our mini golf course inspires heart-warming good old fashioned fun which will create long-lasting memories for all.

    We have a spacious purpose-built parking bay which has ample space for multiple vehicles - there’s even extra space for visitors coming to say hello for the day. The expansive driveway and parking area is also covered by CCTV for ultimate security and peace of mind. If you need an electric vehicle charging point there is one just a few hundred yards away at the village petrol station.

With a village pub, restaurant, fish & chip shop, and a garden centre that does great food just a short walk away, your stay in Brixton will have lots for you to write home about. For those looking for a coastal break, Wembury, Mothecombe and Bantham are the closest beaches and will inspire rugged coastal walks and sandcastle competitions for kids of all ages, whilst the nearby City of Plymouth with its rich heritage will prove a coup for history aficionados. Plymouth is also the cultural hub of South Devon and will delight anyone looking for a slice of cosmopolitan dining, shopping or world-class theatre.

    • What a gorgeous and incredibly thought out getaway it is. Everything was perfect for our family weekend! We really enjoyed the hot tub and bbq space, and the three kiddos enjoyed the mini golf, all the cool toys in the lounge, and the BIG TV!
